Heraldic Renderer — published by Korriban Labs LLC
Effective date: July 5, 2026

Summary

Heraldic Renderer does not require an account, does not collect personal information, does not show ads, and does not sell data to anyone. The only data that leaves your device is anonymous crash reporting, described below.

Crash reporting

The app uses Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to report crashes so we can fix bugs. When a crash occurs, Crashlytics collects: crash stack traces, the blazon text being rendered at the time of the crash (as a diagnostic breadcrumb), device model and operating system version, and an anonymous device identifier. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix defects. It is retained by Firebase in accordance with Google's Firebase privacy documentation and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Data stored on your device

Saved blazons, rendered shield images you export, your free-tier render count, and your preferences are stored locally on your device only. We cannot access them. Deleting the app deletes this data (exported images in your Pictures folder remain yours).

Purchases

The one-time unlock purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Your purchase record is maintained by Google and is restored automatically on reinstall or on new devices signed into the same Google account.

Children

The app is suitable for general audiences, does not knowingly collect data from children, and contains no chat, social, or user-generated-content features.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
